Directions:
Take 2 Rapid-Release Caplets with a glass of water 2 times daily, 30-60 minutes before your two major meals. To assess individual tolerance, use 1 caplet, twice daily from days 1 to 3 and then 2 caplets twice daily from day 4 and beyond.
Do not exceed 2 caplets in a 4-hour period and/or 4 caplets in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Consume 8-10 glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
